Today I decided to present the comparison between two phones that are giving a lot to talk and we have asked for information on more than one occasion, the Samsung Ace against HTC Galaxy Wildfire S, the latter a form vitamins and that HTC Wildfire I have not talked about in the blog.
At first sight and before going into the details of the two products I will comment that the two are quite similar in their characteristics and not much stands out about each other so I think we are two good mid-range terminals to satisfy the expectations of a user who does not expect to have a top-end mobile.
Comparison Samsung Ace vs HTC Galaxy Wildfire S
Dimensions and Weight
Galaxy Samsung Ace: 112.4 mm x 59.9 mm x 11.5 mm / 113 g Wildfire HTC S: 101.3 mm x 59.4 mm x 12.4 mm / 105 g
Starting the comparison by the dimensions of both terminals see that there are two similar mobile Ace highlighting its height and the Wildfire S by its thickness. In the case of S Wildfire phone is a smaller one for every budget Galaxy Ace being a great mobile. As for the weight we found about 10 grams of difference are also determinants.
Winner: Draw, each to choose the size you like.
Operating System
Galaxy Samsung Ace: Android 2.2 upgradable to 2.3 Gingerbread Froyo S Wildfire HTC: Android 2.3 Gingerbread
In both cases we find Google's operating system for mobiles and tablets each day grows more applications. In the case of the Galaxy we find Ace Froyo version 2.2 but you can make a Gingerbread official update 2.3. In the case of HTC Wildfire S such update is not necessary since it already comes standard with it.
Winner: Tie.
Screen
Galaxy Samsung Ace: TFT LCD / 3.5 inches / 480 x 320 pixels / 164 dpi Wildfire HTC S: TFT LCD / 3.2 inches / 480 x 320 pixels / 180 dpi
In this section, both phones offer almost the same features are the screen size of the Galaxy Ace slightly higher without reaching colossal measures. Instead Wildfire screen S is smaller but the same resolution. If you look at the density of pixels that are seen in the case of S Wildfire so the image quality is higher.
Winner: HTC Wildfire S.
Camera
Galaxy Samsung Ace: 5 megapixels with LED flash autofocus and support for Wildfire HTC S: 5 MP camera with LED flash autofocus and support for
Although in this case it seems that we would find a tie, we have to say that the camera of the Samsung Ace Galaxy offers more possibilities than the S. Wildfire Ace In the Galaxy we find the ability to make video calls even without a secondary camera and neither does the Wildfire S.
Winner: Galaxy Samsung Ace.
Internal Memory
Galaxy Samsung Ace: 150 MB expandable with microSD cards up to 32 gigabytes Wildfire HTC S: 512 MB expandable with microSD cards up to 32 gigabytes
In this case, although we find two phones that do not conspicuous for its storage capacity, if I have to say that in the case of S there is at least HTC Wildfire able to store anything. In the case of Galaxy Ace, storage is practically forced on microSD cards do external and 2 GB of leading from the factory.
Winner: HTC Wildfire S.
Processor
Galaxy Samsung Ace: ARM 11 of 800 GHz, GPU Adreno 200, Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset Wildfire HTC S: 600 GHz, GPU Adreno 200, Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset
If we focus on both mobile processor we can see that while you are away from dual-core processors that are flooding the market, the processor 800 GHz Galaxy Ace is a model worthy and superior in performance to the S Wildfire at HTC it would be our choice in this case.
Winner: Galaxy Samsung Ace.
Battery
Galaxy Samsung Ace: Lithium-Ion 1350 mAh Wildfire HTC S: Lithium-Ion 1230 mAh
In the case of the battery, we can see that both have a similar battery of features and capabilities so you do not see that one stand out from the other by far, so let's consider a tie and a minor difference when deciding one or the other terminal.
Winner: Tie.
Conclusions
We can see that stands out in paragraphs HTC Wildfire as significant as the screen, higher quality and internal memory while the Galaxy Ace features a processor and the possibilities offered by the camera. Up to you to decide which is best for you depending on you to give more importance.
